Elaine Shaw

Elaine Shaw was born in Bristol and studied at Cornwall College of Art. Her work has been shown in galleries and exhibitions across the country and at venues further afield including The Jelmoni Gallery in Milan and The Belgravia Gallery in Mayfair. Her paintings are in private collections in Portugal, America and Australia and she has held several solo exhibitions. She is fascinated by light and how it affects our emotions and response to a subject. Both Landscapes and abstracts draw inspiration from nature and the Figurative pieces explore light and emotion.
